It is used. It has some obvious wear to it. I would say it falls within the lines of normal wear and tear. Structurally, it is fine. It is stamped 1999 on the inside. It could definitely use some sprucing. It is nothing major, just a little dirty. I am really bad at damaging things, and I don't want to risk it.
