This is a vintage 1984 Pop Up Pets baby or toddler activity toy by Shelcore. The characters are small animals with a cat, bunny, chick, and dog that pop up when a button or lever is pushed. All the activities work - everything pops up as expected. There is a small pull out handle on the back for carrying it around. It is cosmetically very nice. The pet decals are in great shape but the front label decal isn't perfect.

This was my son's when he was young. It has been stored for many years and is ready for a new child!
