Vtg Mega Highway Patrol Police Motorcycle Battery Operated Toy W/ Box

Sounds and lights works, does move. Battery compartment is ok, a little rust is present. Sometimes you have to move the batteries around to get it to work. See video in listing of toy working. Does need a cleaning and some of the silver is rubbed off of the "chrome". Yellow stain on the plastic of the windshield. Lots of wear and writing to the outside box.
