This is a vintage 1970s Donald Duck pull string toy created by Walt Disney Productions. This item was stored on my father's knick-knack shelf for a long time.
This toy no longer speaks and its pull cord is slightly fragile. The eyes still move when you pull the cord as does the mouth. However, the item has yellowed due to age and improper storage. There is also some scuffing to the paint on several parts of the item.
