Fair condition with moderate wear, scuffs, stains, dirt, sun-fading, tearing decals, etc.  I cleaned it a little but it could use a good detailing.  Some stains, such as the worst on the front, may be permanent.  It rolls and turns smoothly.  Sold as-is, as-shown.
