Comes with random food as pictured and a separate cash register that also works, push button of food and woman says what you pushed comes with a McDonald’s credit card as pictured and 3 coins( No key for register). Will come slightly disassembled for shipping purposes but easy to assemble no instructions included (2 nuts to connect yellow piece to base). Also 4 newer toys from McDonald’s included unopened. Great item for a little one that has seen this on YouTube or you want for a little one because you had one. This is a hard to find retired play set.
