stored in clean smoke free environment .. signs of discoloration and wear from past usage and play .. doll has some tape on its seamed plastic head.. no loose parts however I did not attempt to remove tape .. pull cord works .. voice is a little muffled , I was able to hear a few different phrases such as my name is Casper , Don't be afraid of me ..
