Vintage Hoot-Nanny The Magic Designer Spirograph Art Toy

Vintage Hoot-Nanny The Magic Designer Spirograph Art Toy.  This was made by the Northern Signal Company, Saukville Wisconsin USA.  It is a complete kit with the metal base, metal arms, warranty card, original instructions and circular paper blanks.  Some of the paper blanks have been used and the instructions have been torn and written on.  The outer box measures 7.25" x 8.25" x 2".  It has damage (one side has broken off), tape and has writing on it.  Please see photos for details.
