Vintage Gi Joe Bazooka Action Figure 1985 Hasbro 80s Toys

This is for an old GI Joe; A Real American Hero Bazooka action figure by Hasbro from 1985. He comes with his backpack. He has tight limbs and good paint. Nothing appears to be broken on him, but he does have a cracked elbow and he has a new o-ring. All of his accessories are original. There is some sort of residue on his elbow and shirt, maybe it is glue? But his arm swivels normally. He also has his cut out file card.
