The basics of the house are intact. It folds and no structural damage as far as cracks. There is one clip under the balcony that is broken. Be careful folding the house the plastic has one age to it and is fragile. The house does have some discoloration probably due to sunlight in the outside and some wear from age. Please review pictures for more conditions. There are many parts and pieces that could have damage or missing that you may want intact. Unfortunately the elevator is not working. The battery compartment does not look that bad but for some reason no movement with the elevator motor. Thank You for the interest!! #G
