Vintage 1999 21st Century Toys

(PLEASE READ SHIPPING INFO AT THE END OF LISTING) Up for sale is a Vintage 1999 21st Century Toys Policy Helicopter with 2 Action Figures (FOR PARTS/REPAIR).  These are in condition as found from an estate sale (it was hanging from the ceiling).  We aren't toy experts & don't know anything about it, just thought it was really cool.  The 2 action figures (1:6 scale & includes the police pilot) were sitting inside & we haven't taken them out.  The helicopter is missing some pieces & parts and shows some general wear (scratches/scuffs etc...).  The "Police H.E.A.T" markings on it look to have been added later. The helicopter is 23 1/4" long x 13 1/4" tall x 16 1/8" wide. Please use zoom function to view condition on all photos; photos are part of description.
