Vintage 1958 ? Remco Big Max Robot Toy! please read before purchasing

please beaware that before purchasing this toy, that you realize that i am unsure of it's working condition, and that there are unknown parts missing etc.. plz refer to photos for condition. if u purchase this toy, i am assuming that you have looked through all the photos ad realize that there are pieces unknown and missing etc.. don't see a date, but i saw an ad from 1958 with this toy in it, i'm not sure if that plastic piece goes with it, but i'm including it anywasy, it fits.  instruciong are on the bottom. selling it as is, fairly uncommon - rare etc...missing it's conveyor belt, i know that. and some random metal parts etc....hole on bottom cardboard , battery compartment looks clean, but this is untested as of listing this on thanksgiving day 2023. it's very cool piece just as it is for a shelf sitter! a vintage robot collector would like this, i had it surrounded with some other robots on a shelf and it just looked really neat! weighs about 2 lbs. and is about 8 inches tall, base is nearly 9 x 11 inches.
