Toys & Hobbies / Electronic, Battery & Wind-Up / Battery Operated / Pre-1970
up for your consideration is a Marx tin litho toy boat, I think from the 50s. It is called the Fighting LST 752. It is battery operated. It is in light played with condition. It does work. It rolls on its own, it stop the opens the hatches and then shoots the tank out of the front. The lights on the mast light up green and red, I think the bottom edge of the mast is missing, see pics. The two guns that are suppose to spin do in fact spin, some of the tips are broken off. The radar signal turns. The bombs do shoot of out but we did not test every spot. There are three bombs. I think someone may of taken the top off at one point to fix it due to some scratches by the tabs and the front edge of the ship sits weird, please see pics. There are some scratches on it here and there. Overall I think it is in really great shape. I did take a video of it running to prove what works, you can hear my 7 year old shout with glee after the tank shot out the front. I can send the video if anyone wants to see it. The lighting is ok and a dirty sock on the floor made it in the video. Lol. Any questions please ask. There may be some light dings in the metal but I don’t see anything major. The box is a bit beat up, see pics. If you do need this right away please let me know so I can ship it out ASAP. Please read the description and look at the pics carefully. Titles of listings are search tools and not a part of the description. If you make an offer do not ask for free shipping, in ebays offer standards it states making an offer is accepting shipping and tax costs that come with the listing. I cannot ship to a different address other than what is sent to me under the purchase transaction. According to ebays rules if I change the address I void any protections I have under ebay. I do not know everything about every single car part made. It is the buyers job to know about the car they are buying for and about the part they are buying. LOOK at pics carefully, READ the description and ASK ME for more details or measurements if necessary. Vintage car parts can be tricky. Nos parts do age, get dirty and get damaged. There are special details manufacturers change, add and make between models/years, and sometimes in the middle of the year of production. I cannot guarantee a color on a vintage car part will match a colored car part you are trying to match, dye lots can vary for various reasons. I understand we are humans and make mistakes. I am very understanding, but I no longer have patience for buyers who complain about details or damage that was clearly pictured and/or described in the ad. Please READ the description, LOOK at the pictures and please ASK questions if you need more details. Thanks
