Vintage 1930's Louis Marx B.O. Plenty Tin Wind Up Toy - Parts or Repair

This listing is for a Vintage 1930's Louis Marx B.O. Plenty Tin Wind Up Toy - Parts or Repair.  This windup toy can be used either as a vintage display piece as is, parts for another toy, or repair.  The hat and spring repair can be done by Randy's Toy Shop.  All parts are present except for the hat.  The spring mechanism is in need of repair.  It winds but the toy just doesn't move (his feet do move if you manually unwind it.  It was my fathers from when he was a child.  It worked when me and my brother were growing up but somewhere along the line we must have been too rough with it.  It still has vibrant colors but as you can see it shows signs of being used for it's intended purpose over the last 90 years.
This vintage B.O Plenty tin wind up toy was made by Louis Marx sometime in the mid to late 1930's (dad was born in 1935).  It measures approximately 8 inches tall (minus hat of course).  Due to the wear and condition I'm asking less than half of what others are being offered at.  US Shipping will be $8.  US Shipping only please.
