Toy Vault Lord of the Nazgul Black Rider Figure Purple & Green Variant

This is a loose Lord of the Rings Lord of the Nazgul figure from Toy Vault (1999).  Toy Vault’s action figures were based on the description of the characters in the “Lord of the Rings” book series.  The figure is about 8” tall and comes with cape and sword with sheath.  This variant has the green and purple diamonds on his helmet.  The figure is in excellent condition -- displayed and bagged, not played with.  It does not include any original packaging.
