This is a Marvel Legends, by Toy Biz, Build-A-Figure (BAF) prototype of GALACTUS . As you can see these are in MON-Production colors and each piece actually has a factory tracking number written on them somewhere. These all came from a ex-Employee collection. Unfortunately this piece is missing the middle section to be able to build the figure, so to display it property a middle section would be needed.
