TOPPER DELUXE READING JOHNNY SEVEN ONE MAN ARMY WITH AMMO, BOMBS,

Here is a very nice Topper Johnny Seven One Man Army Gun with all its functions working. Give this firepower to a typical 9 year old and you will find these guns in very different conditions.  Johnny would be a sissy if he did not play hard with this gun. This one is in very nice condition. There are two primary things that break on a Johnny Seven. The bipod is the weakest part of the gun and this one is great .  Most guns on eBay are missing their bipods. The metal flapper inside the middle tower is also intact so the gun makes the correct rat a tat sound. The flapper is another weak point and is oftentimes missing.  Since it is not visual on the outside of the gun, someone not familiar with the gun may not know it is missing and does not know what the correct sound is supposed to be. I have asked many eBayers to check on it and unless I explain how to find it they are unaware of its existence or function. T he pistol looks good and displays well but the little triangular piece and spring are separated from the rest of the mechanism.  With a hammer you might be able to expand the post so it will stay in place but I did not want to play with it incase I damaged it. You can see the parts in the gun and also in the wider picture.  With the piece loose it will not cock and move the caps forward.  You can always buy another pistol since they are generally on eBay. The four bombs are in nice shape, the two green bombs look almost new.  I had to use another grenade for most of the pictures that was sold in another auction prior to this so the actual one you will be getting is in the last two pictures.  Sorry for the confusion but I could not find the one until after I sold the grenade a couple weeks ago with another gun.   The grenade has the typical chew marks at the front of where it loads onto the spring.  Very typical for this grenade. There are 10 new bullets. Also included are two Johnny Seven walkie talkies with the connection wire. Since I have had so many of these over the years you will find others using my language and terms which is very flattering to me.  Just make sure you buy the gun you want and not accept something less.  Ask the buyer to answer questions about some of the condition issues I mentioned above.  Also included is a copy of the instructions.  The last picture is me and my gun on Christmas Day 1964.  As with all my auctions there are no returns.  Ask me any questions.
