Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles TMNT Robotic Bebop 1993 MOC Action Figure

PLEASE READ THIS DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY!......Nice 4.5" tall "Robotic Bebop" action figure from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) series of action figures made by Playmates and dated 1993. He comes still sealed on his original blister packed card. NOTE!!!!!... His black left shoulder piece has fallen out and is LOOSE under the blister at the bottom (see attached pic). T he packaging on this figure is in very nice shape but the "inner" blister is a little age yellowed. The outer blister is clear.... The "PUNCH" on this card had been pressed (bent out) out of the original "perforation" but it has been pressed back in and is still attached to the card. There is some light stress lines near the hanger (minor). There is a thin 1.5" diagonal scratch mark on the top left corner on the backside of the card.
