Playmates The Simpsons WOS Burns Manor with PJ Mr. Burns Figure Playset

This is a loose Simpsons Burns Manor with PJ Mr. Burns Interactive Playset from Playmates (2002). The playset is 7” high, 8” wide and 5” deep. The exclusive PJ Mr. Burns figure is 4.5” and the set also comes with PJ hat, chair, fireplace grate, snow globe and Bobo (bear). The playset requires 3 AA batteries (not included) and it works GREAT!! The batteries were removed years ago before displaying the set and therefore, no battery acid leakage. Everything is in excellent condition (displayed). Also included are the instructions. It does not include any original packaging.
