Circa 1980s. Marked “ UK Design No. 1039247”. Translucent red plastic with metal trigger and internal mechanism Approx. 6-3/4 inches long Marked “UK Design No. 1039247” and “Made In China” on the right side with a logo that I can’t identify. NOT WORKING. Friction action is supposed to emit sparks when working. No cracks or breaks. Very Good NON-WORKING condition.
