This figure is made by Hasbro/Playskool. The action figure toy looks really nice. Overall condition of package is an 8 out of 10 (10 being best) . Great gift item and these are no longer available or made and hard to find. Shipping costs is based on weight of item plus packaging and is calculated through e-bay's shipping calculator.
