Previously owned.  In very good cosmetic and working condition.  Has been tested and works great.  Remote and USB Charging Cord are included.  Just a couple of scratches on left foot and on back of remote.  Please see all photos. Remote Control Buttons: power, attack, roar, hunt, guard, come. Approximate Dinosaur Measurements:  10" tall x 14" long x 7 1/2" wide.
