This 2-CD set is the complete Toy Story 3 soundtrack/score which was given to Pixar employees as parting gift after the film wrapped production. The commercially released soundtrack, which includes only some of the songs on this CD, contains a mere 17 tracks. This CD set is the only known source for the entire score Randy Newman composed for the movie, plus four extra songs by Michael Giacchino from the Pixar short, Day & Night for a total of 73 tracks! It is unknown how many of these CD sets were made, but they were never available to the public. The last four tracks (on the second disc) that Michael Giacchino composed for Day & Night (the short which preceded the main movie) are not available elsewhere in any other form.
