This auction is for a sealed Japanese Pokemon Toys R Us Official Card File Mew 080/PCG-P promo. This promo was released in June 2005. It is very hard to find sealed. This item is sealed, so the card should be in near mint to mint condition. The file seems to be squished a little on the binding.  This card comes from a smoke-free home. Happy Bidding! "Near mint to mint" without any additional explanation means I don't see anything wrong with the card.  I will do my best to accurately list/describe the flaws of the cards.
