Rare Cyclops Figure Emce Toys

Here is a super rare RARE RARE Cyclops Figure by EMCE Toys The Twilight Zone Episode 155 The Fear from the Series 7 collection. It is factory sealed, but card has a couple small dings / creases, as seen in pics 2-6, and has a price tag on the back. Has the clear hang tag hook still attached to card, and is straight.
