The pictures are of the exact one you will receive.  It is New, Never Owned straight from my retail toy store. The box has minor wear which may include: scuffs and scratches. Due to mass production, paint jobs on vinyl figures do vary and may have imperfections or flaws. Please review the pictures before purchase. There is wear to the corners of the packaging. There is a plastic tab on the top of the box to correct wear from being on a shelf hook. We ship this within the US only, using USPS Priority Insured with Signature Confirmation . All items are bubble wrapped and packed very securely to protect during transit. Orders will be shipped in 1-3 business days after purchase. We only accept Paypal. Payment is due within 5 days of purchase. Returns are only accepted if the item is returned in the same exact condition it was sent in with everything it came with (ie. box, foil, accessories, etc.) and we must be contacted first for a return approval. We can only accept returns within 30 days of the date the item was received.
