If an electrical item is "Dead on Arrival" you must contact the manufacturer for a replacement. Total refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending upon the condition of the item once returned. Shipping refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me before sending the item back if you have any questions about the amount you may be receiving back for a return. Any returns must be unopened, undamaged, and pre-approved.  Exceptions may be made if items have been opened and the item is deemed defective. RMA's are required for all returns. This will be provided if you need to return an item. All claims for shortages, damages, etc. must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. Manufacturers may change the product as well as packaging of an item at any time. All refunds will be granted after the item is returned. We will only take responsibility for shipping and return shipping costs if the return is clearly due to our error. You are responsible for all shipping costs otherwise.
