The Indian measures about 6 inches tall & the horse measures almost 10 inches tall by 12 inches long. In trying to get the rifle into his hand I snapped a little piece of the thumb off. After I got the rifle into place I re-glued the little piece of thumb back on. It looks good but don't try to remove the rifle.
