I do my best to ensure ALL of my pets and accessories are authentic, if you feel as if there may be an issue please send me a message! I am no expert, but I do the best I can! All of these items have been used and played with and may have some scuff marks etc from play. I try to take photos to fully represent all items and zoom in on any problem areas, so they are not missed! Most of my items have the option for Best Offer, so please feel free to take advantage of those at anytime. If you are purchasing more than one item, please do not pay for the items until they are all in your cart (if they are buy it now items you can send me an offer for that amount) Just message me to let me know you are still shopping and I will not cancel your order. When you have finished shopping you can request a combined invoice or message me and I can send you one! This is the easiest way to do combined shipping as I do not have ebay set up to do it automatically. If you do have to pay for all, then message me or just keep an eye on your messages as I will refund you for a shipping discount! I try to make combined shipping as fair as possible and stick to a general standard. This typically discounts shipping costs by 40% to 50%. (This is if weight allows, please understand that if you order over a certain dollar or weight amount, items may ship differently, to make it fair to everyone I try to stick to this standard and take 50% of all combined shipping costs. ) If you are ordering many lots or expensive pieces, shipping will be upgraded to include insurance! Your shipping refund will reflect this (It typically does not make a difference as shipping costs on those items are typically higher, so you will still generally get the 50% off of shipping costs) . I try to keep a consistent policy, so please message me before you purchase if you have any questions. ALL of my packages ship with USPS. If you would like to upgrade the shipping method to priority etc, please message me. Please pay for items in a timely fashion or message me if you need me to hold them for a few days or if you are still shopping. I will always send one message asking if you are still interested before I cancel. If I have to cancel an order due to an unpaid item and do not hear from you, you will be prohibited from bidding or purchasing my other listings. Please contact me if you have any issues with items once items arrive, as I will work with you to come to a resolution! I know things happen and sometimes shipping is rougher on an item then it should be. I do my best to package items in the safest and secure way so this does not happen, but I cannot control what a third party does. If your item does come and it appears to have had a rough trip or does not look the way you expected, please reach out to me immediately, all I do ask is that you send me a picture of the item and the condition that it is in, and I will be more than happy to make an amend to the issue weather that's getting a new one sent out, processing a return, or sending you a refund.  I also understand that at times things do get lost in the mail, as I have had it happen many times on my own packages, so all of my items other than things that ship in an envelope come with tracking details. If anything happens and the package somehow disappears then I will refund you the full amount you paid and file a claim with USPS. I want my customers to always be happy and I do everything in my power to resolve all issues!
