Lego Ideas Home Alone House 3955 piece set signed by Kevin McCallister himself, Macaulay Culkin. House is unassembled and all but one one of the parts bags are sealed- bag #20 and its inner bags have been opened to assemble the middle roof piece which has been assembled & glued together for Macauley to sign and Beckett Witnessed authentication sticker is on the side of the assembled piece. Inner box containing the instruction booklet and more parts bags is still sealed. Display box has some wear (see pics). Final picture gives an idea how the signed piece will look on the assembled house.
