Lego Creator Expert Elf Clubhouse, set #10275.  Set is 100% complete, including all minifigures and instructions, but no box. I built this set myself and believe my description of it to be accurate, but I am human and mistakes can occur.  Some older lego pieces may have some discoloration from age. I have tried to be as careful and accurate as possible, but it is possible that there could be a missing piece that I missed in the description, so please pay careful attention to the photos. Sets will be taken apart & zip-locked for shipping purposes.  If there is a problem, please contact me and allow me to try to correct whatever the issue is. I do not charge handling fees or for packaging materials, shipping cost you see is actual cost.
