Lead Soldiers Lot of 8 Made in Japan per Collecting Toy Soldiers by Richard O'Brien these were made in Occupied Japan (see matching photos 278-281) I believe it is likely that these were made by the company Sonsco They closely resemble Barclay but are smaller. for example - height for standing soldier is 2 1/4" & Prone Soldier including rifle but is 3 1/4" They are marked Japan with varying degrees of legibility 1940s Occupied Japan Interesting addition to a Barclay/Manoil Collection Good Vintage Condition - please see photos
