Up for sale is a Pokemon 2003 Japan Mcdonalds Pikachu Light up Motion toy.  It is new in package.  I did open it up to ensure it worked.  OTherwise, the figure has not been out of the package.  The box is in a used condition.  Please see pictures for condition.
