Item is Brand New and was Never removed from packaging. Cape was checked for flaking and it is mint and perfect no flaking. This was a issue stated in you tube video from Justin’s collectibles that some of these figures had cape issues. It was also checked by sideshow . I’m stating here in description . This did not come with yellow thin card board in belt area . It’s the way it was shipped. If that’s a problem do not purchase.
