This is a vintage German made Wind-up Mouse.
The mouse seems to be a cardboard type material, perhaps paper mache.
It is marked on the bottom Made In Germany.
This measures 3" long (not including the tail) and is 1.25" wide (not including the key).
When you wind it up it needs a little help getting going, but it does "walk/run".
