Gearbox Collectible Precision Kenworth Walmart Trailer Limited

Until I just went to take this out of the box, I thought the only issue with this truck was the box showed a decent amount of wear. Upon taking it out of the box , I realized it has paint issues. I’m not sure if this saw moisture or if this was a flaw on these. Please look at all photos as this truck is being sold, as is Which is why it is half the price of what they normally go for..
