This is a McDonalds Happy Meal toy released in 2010. It is the DreamWorks Megamind Bulldog Brainbot toy, number 2 in the series. There is an on/off switch on the bottom, but the battery must be worn down because and the toy doesn't make sounds any more when you move the middle legs. Item is exactly as shown. There are white marks on the knee joints. The accessories and packaging that originally came with the toy are NOT included. From a pet-free, smoke-free home.
All my toys with on/off switches are shipped with the switch in the "O" (off) position.
