Hi, this for a Disney Pixar Toy Story 2 Conferring Party Express Buzz Lightyear, Woody MIP. This is a nice pack of confetti. This has never been opened. This is made by Party Express. This is cutout confetti. The package is bent at the top. This shows some wear and tear from display and storage. This was on display in my personal collection for a couple years then packed in a tote for storage. I will be listing a lot of Toy Story in the next several months.
