Cops and Robbers plastic toy handcuffs Vintage 1970s Hong Kong

Hello! This is a set of plastic handcuffs with a metal connecting chain, made in Hong Kong, probably in the 1970s. They are simple non-locking cuffs, so no key is included. The cardboard is unpunched but shows light tanning with a crease at the top. A tiny bit of dirt has gotten into the plastic bag. Please check the photos for details.
