A Classic Toy Soldiers 1/32nd scale The Legend of the Alamo! Playset, item is new in the box. Set comes with everything seen in the listing photos; as seen in the photos, this is a "Partial" playset; the Alamo compound is incomplete, this set has is one gun platform vs two, does not have the palisade, the barracks building or the south gate building, one of the corner walls or the chapel front as well as the three buttresses. This set has the back wall of the chapel, one corner wall, the west wall, the "L" shaped wall with opening door and the north wall, that's it, the person I bought this from has no idea what happened to the other items. "To the best of my knowledge", the rest of this playset is complete, it does have a Marx original "Davy Crockett" figure as seen in the listing photos. There are NO refunds, returns or exchanges on this set, it's being sold as is, as seen, as shown. The box is in very good condition as seen in the listing photos, has some minor staining on the front cover. Regarding shipping; if "actual" shipping is less than "assigned/estimated" shipping, once the set is shipped, I will refund back the difference.
