CHOICE Miniature Wheeled Antique Celluloid Toy

What surprises me the most about this little figure is that it survives. It's TINY- measures just over an inch tall. It's a celluloid body with little metal wheels- and it wheels along when you push it. weighted little lead drop at the base of the figure to keep it upright. I think its German in origin and I would date right around 1900. Pictures help to tell the story.
