New, never opened. This item is in great condition, but I did buy it in a store, and it sat on a shelf before I found it. This is also 10 years old, and the glue that holds the bubble to the card, and the tape on the back is starting to lose its strength. If you are looking for a mint or graded item, please consider going elsewhere. This item probably meets your needs, but I don't want to deal with the headache if you find an imperfection. I have sold thousands of items going back over 15 years, and have very few complaints. All of my items are kept in a warm, dry, smoke free environment.
