Lot of 8 LEGO Superhero Sets + Minifigs & Other Pieces Marvel Avengers DC

This listing is for a lot of 8 LEGO sets plus other minifigures and accessories.
All of the sets have a Superhero theme whether Marvel, Avengers, DC Comics or DC Super Hero Girls.
The sets range in condition as described below.
The sets are:
(1) 41234 - Bumblebee Helicopter, ages 7-12, 142 pieces - NEW in the Box; there are some dents and creases to the box
(2) 10724 - Batman & Superman vs. Lex Luther, 4-7, 164 pieces - Incomplete: missing green crystal #52 and all three minifigures along with the instructions; the original box comes with it and is in good condition
(3) 76019 - Starblaster Showdown, ages 6-12, 196 pieces - Incomplete: missing one piece which is a hand item; no box, but has the instructions
(4) 76141 - Thanos Mech, ages 6+, 152 pieces - Complete with instructions, but no box/packaging
(5) 76005 - Spiderman: Daily Bugle Showdown, ages 6-12, 476 pieces - Incomplete with no box or instructions but has the Beetle minifigure
(6) 76006 - Iron Man: Extremis Sea Port Battle, ages 6-12, 195 pieces - Incomplete with no box or instructions or minifigures; has pieces in the bag that do not belong to the set
(7) 76017 - Captain America v. Hydra, ages 6-12, 172 pieces - Complete with all minifigures, but no instructions or box
(8) 76010 - Batman: The Penguin Face-Off, ages 5-12, 136 pieces - Complete with all minifigures, but no instructions or box

I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THIS OR LATE ITEMS BASED ON ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES.

If I indicate your item was shipped and provide a tracking number it is indication that your item is being shipped that day or the next business day. I do not create a label until the item is boxed up and ready to go. I am doing everything I can to stay on top of the Post office and follow up with them regarding packages, but understand that once I drop it off it is out of my control. I have been told by my local USPS that if you see a package as "IN TRANSIT" then it is not lost but still in route to be delivered. Please have patience if a package does not arrive by the estimated delivery date.***
