Antique Victorian Riding Excelsior Stuffed horse w wheels metal frame

DESCRIPTION:10-24-24-12 Antique Excelsior Stuffed Riding Horse on Wheels Pull Behind or Riding Toy He is complete with beautiful metal eyes, ears and silk-like tail & main, red felt mouth and stitched nose. He has a working steering mechanism which is controlled by a metal handle bar The frame is yellow metal wheels with black rubber thread spoke wheels He has a red and white vinyl saddle with simulated stirrups He measures 19” long by 21” high by 10” across There are no markings as to the maker- probably made in USA I would guess he was from the 1930’s-1940's Excellent Vintage condition -his fur is O.K. from age I see a hole by the wheel inside-picture 10 and two hubcaps are missing; but all of his stitching is good; complete with beautiful metal eyes, ears,  silk-like tail & main, red felt mouth and stitched nose.
