I noticed that one of these figurines is not Simpsons....but it is Burger King It's a mad scientist over a boiling caldron. I've got MANY other 1990s/early 2000s Halloween toys that are listed or will be listing over the coming weeks from my own personal collection. Stop back daily to see what else I have listed. Provenance: These come from my own personal collection. I LOVE Halloween and have since childhood where we would run from house to house on Halloween night filling our bags with treats. My mom always decorated the house to scare the kids. She turned off all the lights, played scary music and dressed up Maggie the Mannequin as a witch and staged her at the front door. Then my mom would wear a gigantic paper mache head and long robe and sit silently on the front steps with a bowl of candy in her lap. As the children approached with curiosity, she moved ever so slightly which made the kids scream and sent them running. If the kids settled down and got up enough nerve, they would come back to collect their candy from the scary "mom" monster. As an adult, I became an antiques dealer and have been for 23 years. In my hay-day in the 1990s I went to so many garage sales and thrift stores and bought MANY fantastic treasures. Now, I've decided it's time to downsize because I won't be decorating every single room anymore. This decision is not without regret and a little sadness, but I do still decorate the front porch which makes me smile. Over the next month I will be going through bin after bin and selling most of these treasures. Each bin is a different type of item...vintage paper mache pumpkins, boxed vintage costumes, orange vintage glassware, vintage mortician supplies, kid's Halloween patterns, Halloween toys and games, framed old candy ads, hand painted objects, cast iron, tableware and one-of-a-kind items.
