1990's Playmates Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Toilet Taxi & Cheapskate 2 Vehicles Description: Original vintage wacky vehicles for use with action figures based on the popular animated television series, video games, and comic book characters created by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird.  Toilet Taxi features pull-back motorized action and plungers that move.  Cheapskate II vehicle w/Michelangelo head features a spring-loaded "kowabunga kickin' foot".  Both vehicles are loose with decals intact and are both missing various parts as shown in the photos.  *Toilet Taxi seems to be missing the rear shower head/pipe and toilet bowl blaster w/hose.  **Cheapskate 2 vehicle seems to be missing toilet paper rolls, flag, and manhole cover shield.
