You'll enjoy reminiscing about adventures with this Original 1983 Dennis the Menace Doll. Dennis is still factory sealed, although the box shows wear. Produced by Mighty Star for Ketcham, Inc., the 13" doll will remind you of your own "menace"! This vintage Dennis The Menace has a soft body with a vinyl head. The cloth body Dennis is rare. Our Dennis has never been played with, so he is in pristine condition. The box has been opened from the bottom but Dennis has never been out. He is still fastened to the box and his face is still encased in plastic. The box, although crushed and damaged, is interesting since it displays Dennis' other friends, Margaret, Ruff, Hot Dog, and Joey. Dressed in red overalls and traditional navy and white striped shirt, our Dennis is the perfect companion! From his vinyl head to sneaker covered feet, he will add mischief to your house. A coloring book which was to have accompanied Dennis has apparently fallen out through the bottom and become lost. Please see photos for box details. Dennis The Menace was born in March, 1951, as a cartoon, syndicated across 16 newspapers. You remember him as a helpful five and a half year old, whose plans often wind up in catastrophe and mayhem. Although he often walks away, free of repercussions, he leaves his poor harassed neighbor Mr. Wilson to clean up the mess. His faithful companion is his dog Ruff, and he likes nothing more than riding around on his skateboard or his bike. Dennis is looking for his forever home...Is it yours?
