1971 Talking Casper Ghost Pull String in working condition!  From Harvey Famous Cartoons.
This little guy is in fair condition with some age discoloration to his body.  When you pull down on his body (separating it from his head) he says a phrase like "I'm a friendly ghost."  Sometimes it can sound a little creepy and hard to understand.
The red plastic I believe used to be attached to hang but one end came off.  I put it back in the slot for the photo to keep it out of the way but it does not want to stay.
