This is a vintage Creative Playthings Rainbow Twirler crib toy.  Creative Playthings made tons of great wooden children's toys in the day, and this one is no exception.  Given to my younger brother for Christmas 1970 and in our family since (non smoking home).  In great shape, with no missing pieces, cracks or splits.  Always made my brother happy, and it's time to entertain a new generation of kids!
